Uspline Error during instanciation

Hi All

Coreform Cubit 2022.9

I’m getting an error when trying to produce a uspline from my hex mesh; the error is

Cubit>build uspline volume 136 to 157 295 as 1
ERROR: Exception thrown: e[0;31;1mThis dart isn't in the surface subset of the volume topology.ERROR: Command Failed.

Happy to share script if thats useful - I’ve used the hex mesh directly and solving works fine with it
