tetmesh missing edge

I am getting the following error trying to tetmesh a vol. Is it possible to get the coordinates of these problem points?

The .cub file that I downloaded was 155KB. Is that correct? It would not open properly in Trelis. Would it be possible to upload it again?

Sorry the cub file upload didn’t finish when you tried to download. It should be fine now. Please let me know.

I was able to fix that issue in an iterative manner to resolve the “Found edge/face intersection” errors. Now I have a tetmesh in the volume. Although, as before, trelis still says

Mesh indicates Volume 85 has 52+ through holes.
ERROR:
Inconsistent edge to triangle count relationship in bounding mesh.
ERROR:
Mesh of Volume 85 is invalid.
WARNING: Keeping invalid mesh, because keep invalid mesh is on.

But based on what you said about invalid mesh warning earlier, I will proceed with this mesh.

The one big problem I have now is that I have a total of 349814+37736=387550 elements and I need to bring this number down. I’d prefer not to go back to the beginning of meshing and changing curve sizes and redo everything. Are there ways to locally coarsen a mesh?

Thank you

We currently do not have a local coarsening tool.
