Sculpt meshing of large system

I’ve been trying to mesh a large complex assembly, it would get stuck when doing the whole thing so I boiled it down to a less complex but same physical dimensions. I was very impressed with one of the ‘new’ settings which makes the meshes much more conformal capture=4 I believe it was. Any way, after reducing the number of bits I managed to get the problem to run across a number of nodes (thanks for your other reply), due to the memory requirements.

However, I see a number of weird (?) artifacts maybe due to the facetting of the STLs? Any advice for the below images?
