meshing a closed surface unsuccessful

Attached is the facet file of a surface that I want to mesh using map or submap. I am getting error:

ERROR:
Matching intervals <<< UNSUCCESSFUL >>>

ERROR:
Interval assignment unsuccessful.

It is a vertical surface that is closed. It is like the boundary wall around a volume.

I think in this user’s case, there may have been a bug-fix that solved their problem. Nevertheless, we may still be able to help you! Are you able to share your example?
