what options are available in the current Coreform Cubit version for mesh cutting?
Are these functions still under the “under development” umbrella and only for hex meshes?

Hi,
There has been no significant work on mesh cutting in some time. It is still a developer feature that is there to use but carries no guarantees of robustness. That is a nice way to say that the feature could crash Cubit or ruin your model. Use with caution and save frequently.
The mesh cutting feature was developed only for hex meshes. Are you interested in using a feature like this on tet meshes? What kind of operations are you interested in? Typically, it is faster to just remesh a tet mesh.
