Hi,

I face a problem after I install Trelis 15.1 on Windows. Actually it works well at first, but after several hours, Trelis shows “Licensed session terminated: Your connection to the license manager has been terminated. needs to quit.” I use a floating license and install RLM-server and Trelis on my iMac’s OS at first. But the mac version of Trelis doesn’t work well. So I just reinstall the RLM-server and Trelis on my iMac’s Windows system. That’s when the error starts to show up.

Because the floating license was already activated, it will not activate a second time without it first being deactivated on the Mac. Please contact support@csimsoft.com with your account information and they can help you.
