Platform: Ubuntu 18.04

Issue
Hello, I’m having difficulties with the license. I have a learning license and a product key.
But, when I try to activate the license I get the following message: Failed to checkout features from license file.

Welcome @Duarte!

Can you verify the following:

  1. Make sure you’re connected to the internet
  2. If your internet connection is behind a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Try connecting from a non-firewalled network.

If those don’t work, try upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04

If you’re still having issues, you may be encountering a nefarious bug in our licensing tool. In this case we would recommend that you get a free trial license, which should not experience this issue.
