Licence not working

Hi, I’m facing issue with the learning license. When I try to activate the license by entering cubit-learn it displays the following message: Failed to checkout features from license file.
Then I request for 30 days free trail version. Its product key shows successful activation, but its window terminates as soon as it starts. I am getting following message on terminal window: Segmentation fault (core dumped). I am using Ubuntu 20.04 OS. Could anybody help me out.

@usman0311 Which version of Coreform Cubit are you using? Are you using 2021.4? That version fixes a number of issues with licensing and installation.

I am using 2020.4, shall I re-download 2021.4 and give it a try?

@usman0311 Redownload 2021.4 and try to activate again please.
