I can't find my hostid

I just installed the 14.0.4 update over my 14.0.2 install. I want to activate the product, but I cannot locate my host id.

It doesn’t appear in the product activation window (attached) as the activation webpage http://csimsoft.com/activateoffline.jsp suggests.

Does the academic version need activation?

Trelis 14.0.4 and earlier used the HASP license manager. If there is a valid HASP license on your computer, 14.0.4 should find it when Trelis launches. You can check to see the license by type localhost:1947 in a web browser. The Sentinel Admin Control Center page should open. Click on Features in the left sidebar. Find Trelis 14.0 in the Product column. What is in the Restrictions column?

Trelis 14.0.5 and later use a different license manager that uses the hostid during activation. Trelis 14.0.5 is the same as 14.0.4, but uses a different license manager. Could you use 14.0.5 or later?
