Getting some errors when using "Webcut" tool

When I try to cut a model in CUBIT, I got these error:

ERROR: ACIS API error number 40001
ACIS API message = coincident face_face_ints with different body vertices
No volumes were webcut.

ERROR: ACIS API error number 18030
ACIS API message = inconsistent face-body relationships
No volumes were webcut.

Someone can give me some comments to solve them please?

This is an error messages of the ACIS modeller. There might be overlapping faces, small wedges, or gaps in the model.
