I have a problem using floating license. Now I have installed Trelis license manager and Trelis itself on a Unix server. But when I launch Trelis using my laptop (Windows version), I fail to start Trelis using the floating license I install on the server. The server ip address and port are correct, so I have no idea what is going wrong about this.

Which operating system are you using on the server?
What are the symptoms of the problem? For example, is there an error message when you start Trelis?
Please send the rlm diagnostics file (rlm_diagnostics.txt) from the Trelis \bin\licenses folder, and the rlm.dl log file from the RLM-Server folder.
You mentioned that you installed Trelis on the Unix server, but it appears to be launched from a windows laptop. Is this a remote graphical session?
