Deactivation failed. Could not find the license file

Hello,

iam trying to move my RLM server to a new host.
I of course cannot activate my license there before deactivating it on the old license server.

But everytime i try to deactivate it i get the Error “Deactivation failed. Could not find the license file…”
But it has to be there since users can start Trelis by connecting to this license server.

Can anyone tell me what is not working there?

Hi @geri_m, There should be a file with a .lic extension in the same directory as the rlm_activate executable. If there’s not, that would be the source of your error. You can look in the management user interface at http://localhost:5054 on the Status page, there should be a section at the top that lists your license files:
