Crash when Coarse Tri-meshing an Exodus Import

Hi all. Wanted to bring up that if you import an Exodus mesh file, then try to remesh with a coarse mesh trimesh (e.g. you want to export a DAGMC .h5m file Coreform - tutorial_1), the program will crash. Have tested this on 2025.1 and 2024.3.

Attached a simple Exodus of a cylinder so you can try it yourself.

I did not consider the case of meshing mesh-based geometry in Cubit with the coarse mesh. I will have to look at that in the code. Thanks for pointing this out. I will add this to our bug tracker.
