I have a simple CATIA model and import license. All the lines and surfaces are published inside CATIA. After import, Cubit only can see the CATIA defined names of points and surfaces, not the lines. Anything I need to do in CATIA to in order to read the line names as well?
My client told me they tried two versions, file from V5R2016 can be read by Cubit. But the file generated by the newer version CATIA V5R2024 can’t even read CATIA file.
Unfortunately the current data translators only support files up to CATIA V5-6 R2023.
Any plan to upgrade the translator so? I guess they have to update their translator to a new version if it’s available.
