Cannot use licensed product

Coreform Cubit Installation Issues

Hello,

I have a License server for Coreform Cubit, and it works perfectly.
I also got a trial version of IGES Data Translator and Pro/E Data Translator 2020.2 with a floating license.
I entered the Keys into the License server, and everything worked there as far as I am concerned.

Now when my colleges try using the software, they keep getting the following Error, although they are using the correct license server:
ERROR: IGES Import not licensed in this version of Coreform Cubit.

We currently use Coreform Cubit 2021.4, also with a floating license.
Coreform Cubit works fine; it’s just these two additional packages that won’t work.

Can you send me a direct message with the contents of the license files on your license server? They should be files in your RLM Server installation directory with a .lic extension. The filenames should be listed on the http://localhost:5054 server admin page as well.
