Coreform Cubit Version: 2025.8 Platform: Windows 11
The new license activation seems more complicated. I am unable to activate my associate license. Although I have a full commercial license, I wanted to install the limited version on another Windows 11 computer. I received the associate code. I logged in and used the associate code, but the new license is not visible under my account. I opened the Coreform Cubit and tried both “Coreform Hosted” and “Self-hosted” options to no avail. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Because the associate codes are available for free for non-commercial use, they are not linked to accounts that have active paid licenses. This means that when you have a paid commercial or academic license, you will not be able to activate an associate code with the same account.
I’m sorry for the confusion - we will update our communications to make clear that a single account cannot access both paid and free licenses.
