bad surface-surface intersections

Hello,
I use trelis to build a 3D formation model. There is an error when I use the command: create volume surface XXX heal
Bad surface-surface intersections
Error:
ACIS error number 94005 intersection failure
ERROR:
New volume creation failed.

Would you help to check it?

It might be a tolerance issue. You might try to use the stitch command which is more robust.
