Hello everyone,
Could anyone quickly tell how to rotate a view (e.g. below) by 90deg! I dont wish to rotate the object w.r.t. origin; just the view!
With greetings,

Hello, Aakash,
You can adjust the view to come from any one of the six cardinal directions as well as an isometric view using the view
command:
view {front | back | top | bottom | right | left | iso }
Will one of the predefined options under Display/View Point give you what you need?
You can also use view at, view from, and view up to specify the view point. Do help view to see some of the command line options.

Hi Mr. Karl & Mr. Caleb,
Thank you so much for your quick reply. Actually F9 gives me below. I wish to get a view which shows the object at the RED position.
If not, I will rotate the image after taking a snapshot.
Few more things; is there a keyboard shortcut to take s snapshot that too with a white background ?
Can I change the colour of curves and thickness of curves using GUI ?
Under Tools/Options/Display there are controls for the line width and colors. There is not a shortcut to set the background color. You can do it in the same place. Once you set the background color you can use the GUI and do a File/Export/Screenshot. There is no shortcut key for that.
Perfect, that helps!
Thank you!
